Return & Store Credit Policy
Because our products are custom made to order, the majority of purchases are considered final sale. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we can review the situation and determine a possible solution. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Original shipping and handling costs, as well as return shipping fees, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Return For Wrong Size Ordered
Please make sure to measure your dog's exact neck size. We encourage you to order the best width and length that will fit your dog. Since each item is hand made from scratch we do have to charge a 35% Re-Stocking Fee so please make sure you're ordering the correct size. If you have any issues or questions please contact me.
Refunds
Our standard policy is store credit only. In the rare case that a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order for leather items, please do so within 2 days of placing the order..

Leather items with name plates may incur a $20 fee if the name plate has already been produced. No exceptions.
